Our machining workshop is characterized by fewer personnel, more equipment, and a wide variety of products, making it difficult to manage the production site. At first, they always made last-minute raids to cope with inspections and visits, but later they remained the same and did not form a system. In the process of implementing the 3E7S work in the company, our machining workshop first regularly educates and instills knowledge to employees in accordance with the company's requirements, making them realize that while doing their job well, it is also very important to maintain a good production site environment. I have organized several meetings with workshop employees to address this issue, during which we proposed that we should start from the source of 3E7S work: strengthen awareness, maintain a positive attitude, clarify the importance of production site management, and make every employee aware that 3E7S management is related to every one of us. At the same time, everyone is required to brainstorm, put forward their own opinions and opinions, and then discuss better solutions. Once the plan is determined, it is strictly required that every employee in the workshop must follow the plan and the 3E7S requirements specified by the company. I also strengthen the inspection of on-site management work, timely point out and correct employee violations in the work, and ensure that this work is done well.
